Prototyping is where assumptions get tested and problems get caught, before they become expensive. We build fast, targeted prototypes at every stage, proof of concept, functional, and production-representative, using 3D printing, laser cutting, machining, in-house PCBs, and more. If it needs fixing, we catch it here. If it's ready, we'll tell you that too.
Before you commit budget to tooling or full builds, you need to know the idea actually works. PoC prototypes are built fast and built to answer one question: does the core function hold up in the real world? We strip everything down to the mechanism, the circuit, or the interaction that matters most and validate it quickly so you can move forward with confidence.
Physical parts that you can hold, test, and push to failure. We build mechanical prototypes using FDM and resin 3D printing, CNC machining, and sheet fabrication depending on what the geometry demands. Every prototype is built to a purpose, whether that is fit checking, stress testing, assembly validation, or client presentation, and delivered ready to evaluate.
From breadboard to soldered board, we build functional electronic assemblies that prove your circuit works before you go to PCB production. We handle component sourcing, schematic validation, and bench testing so that by the time you hand off to manufacturing, the electronics have already been stress-tested in a real build.
Some decisions cannot be made on a screen. Looks-Like prototypes are built to validate form, ergonomics, and CMF in the physical world, giving you and your stakeholders something real to react to. Surfaces are finished, colors are applied, and materials are matched as closely as possible to the production intent, because how a product feels in hand changes everything.
Full-function builds that perform the way the final product is supposed to perform. Works-Like prototypes integrate mechanical and electrical systems into a single assembly and are used for user testing, investor demos, retailer meetings, and campaign videos. They do not look like production units but they behave exactly like them.
