The idea.
Developed for Pawadise, this project reimagined long-term flea protection by integrating the active treatment directly into the collar itself. Designed to provide up to two years of protection, the objective was to create a solution that was comfortable for pets, effortless for owners, and practical to manufacture at scale.
The experience extended beyond the collar alone. A companion treatment spray was developed as part of the system, giving owners an easy way to refresh the collar when needed and helping maximize its long-term effectiveness.

Every detail was developed with both pets and owners in mind.
The collar was engineered to achieve uniform distribution of the active anti-flea compound, delivering consistent protection while remaining comfortable for continuous wear. Material selection, flexibility, and durability were carefully balanced to ensure long-lasting performance without compromising comfort.
The product was developed around Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, allowing efficient injection molding and reliable large-scale production. Multiple prototypes were designed, tested, and refined before manufacturing, ensuring every aspect of the product met the standards expected for commercial release.
Beyond the engineering, we developed the complete product ecosystem, including packaging design, user manuals, photorealistic renderings, and product animations, creating everything required to take the product from concept to market.
