The idea.

This project explored the design of a sculptural drone concept developed entirely around sheet metal construction. Rather than creating a simple visual model, the objective was to design a product that reflected real manufacturing principles—balancing form, structure, and manufacturability from the very beginning.

Every surface, bend, and connection was considered as though the concept could transition naturally into production.

Designed with intention.

The challenge wasn't simply to create an attractive form. It was to create one that could realistically exist.

The body was developed using sheet metal fabrication techniques, allowing every panel, bend, and structural feature to contribute to the overall design. Clean surfaces concealed the underlying complexity, while the internal architecture was carefully considered to reflect realistic assembly methods and manufacturing constraints.

The result is a sculptural model that demonstrates how industrial design and engineering can evolve together from the earliest stages of development.

More than a visual exercise, this project was a study in designing for the real world.

By building the concept entirely around practical manufacturing methods, the final model became more than a render—it became a representation of how thoughtful engineering can shape products long before production begins.
