Mini Cardio Bike

Mini Cardio Bike

The idea.

This project focused on developing a compact pedal exerciser designed to bring light physical activity into everyday life. Whether used at home, in the office, or during rehabilitation, the objective was to create a product that was stable, intuitive, and simple to use, making movement more accessible without disrupting daily routines.

The idea.

Designed for everyday movement.

Every detail was developed around simplicity, stability, and long-term reliability.

The frame was engineered to provide a rigid, well-balanced structure while remaining compact enough for everyday environments. The pedal mechanism and resistance system were refined to deliver a smooth, consistent cycling experience, while the overall assembly was optimized using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to simplify production and assembly.

Throughout development, the design was validated through digital engineering and physical prototyping, allowing key components to be refined before manufacturing. To support product launch and communication, a complete set of photorealistic renderings and product animations was also created, helping communicate both the engineering and the experience behind the design.

Designed for everyday movement.

Built to make a difference.

From engineering and prototyping to high-quality visualizations, this project demonstrates how industrial design, mechanical engineering, and product storytelling can work together to transform an idea into a product ready for the next stage of development.

Built to make a difference.
