Roamers Battery Case
The best products don't ask people to adapt. They adapt to the way people move.
The idea.
Designed for Roamers, this project explored how power could become a seamless part of everyday carry. The objective was to develop a protective battery case that combined rugged durability with thoughtful internal packaging, creating a product that felt as dependable on the outside as it was on the inside.
Built for every journey.
Every detail was designed to inspire reliability.
The enclosure was developed around Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, ensuring every component could be manufactured, assembled, and maintained efficiently. Structural simulations were used to validate the housing under real-world loading conditions, while carefully engineered sealing features helped protect the internal electronics against water ingress.
Beyond the digital design process, a functional prototype was developed to validate the enclosure's fit, assembly, and overall construction before manufacturing. Combined with optimized internal battery packaging and a rigid structural architecture, the result is a product engineered with confidence from concept to validation.
Ready for the real world.
Reliable products are shaped long before they reach the customer.
By combining thoughtful industrial design with rigorous engineering, the final enclosure delivers a solution that is durable, waterproof, structurally robust, and optimized for manufacturing, demonstrating how careful development can transform complex engineering requirements into a refined product experience.
